With every project South Chase meets with the clients to ensure a clear understanding of the customer's needs.  We meet a second time to present you with a bid and schedule a timeline.  We approach every project with the understanding that we want you to be completely satisfied.

Working Hours: South Chase makes our schedule work with yours.
If your facility has to operate in the day, we work in the evening to lesson any inconvenience.  We understand that you have to do business as usual. Our goal is to make the your transition as easy as possible.

24/7 Availability: 
Every customer has the owner, Doug Henjes, private cell phone number to ensure a level of comfort with all aspects of the project.  This makes local projects much easier than having to work with huge construction companies that can't figure out who's in charge, or how to get in touch when there is a concern. 

First things First:
The first thing South Chase does with any renovation or addition is to block off the existing part of the facility to ensure a clean environment.  It is important to stay clean and tidy. The team at South Chase takes pride in their work with great attention to detail. South Chase has highly skilled and specialized subcontractors to ensure quality control for every facet of your project.
